Spyros Pediaditakis became widely known in the Pastry industry in Greece as Head Pastry Chef at Spondi restaurant (2 Michelin stars). He was awarded the title of “Pastry Chef of the Year” in 2020 by Gault and Millau Hellas.
Passionate about the art of pastry, Spyros offers
consulting and training services to pastry professionals. His book “A Notebook. Pastries for Restaurants” is to be launched in 2021 in 22 countries around the world.
